Y Gwasanaeth Teuluoedd Cydnerth

Y Gwasanaeth Teuluoedd Cydnerth yw ein gwasanaeth cymorth dwys tymor byr i deuluoedd yn Rhondda Cynon Taf. Bwriad y gwasanaeth yw cynnig cymorth ac arweiniad cyflym ac effeithiol i helpu teuluoedd i oresgyn y problemau y maen nhw'n eu hwynebu. Mae ein gwasanaeth yn cynnig hyd at 6 wythnos o gymorth (12 wythnos mewn amgylchiadau penodol), wedi'i deilwra i'ch anghenion chi a'ch teulu.

Resilient Families Service

The Resilient Families service is our short-term intensive support service for families within RCT. The service is designed to offer quick and effective support and guidance to help families overcome the issues they are facing. Our service offers up to 6 weeks of support (12 weeks in specific circumstances), tailored to you and your family’s needs.

Behaviour Support Hub

Behaviour Support Hub is a parent-led, newly registered Charitable organisation, that provides early intervention and long-term support for parent carers. Beginning in 2014 as a Community Interest Company, a few parents came together after struggling to find the support they needed for their children. We provide a wide range of programmes tailored to help parent carers navigate the challenges they face and achieve a better quality of life for themselves, their children and their family.

Citizens Advice

Gall Cyngor ar Bopeth gynnig cymorth ymarferol a chyngor i rieni a gofalwyr ar amrywiaeth o faterion. Gallant helpu gyda budd-daliadau a chyngor ariannol, problemau tai, hawliau cyflogaeth, a rheoli dyledion.

Citizens Advice can offer parents and carers practical help and guidance on a range of issues. They can support with benefits and financial advice, housing problems, employment rights, and debt management.
